We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused candles in their original condition.
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it — we’ll make it right.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify or cancel orders before they’ve been packed or shipped.
Once your order is in transit, we’re unable to make changes — but we’re happy to help with returns if needed. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through it.

Our candles are designed to have a strong scent throw — both hot and cold.
Even our smaller tins are crafted to fill a room without being overpowering. We test every fragrance to make sure it delivers a rich, lasting experience from first light to final burn.
